OUR PROCESS

“Mushroom Juice?! How the heck do you make that?”

Juice, no. But mushroom in liquid form, yes. It sounds like a weird new concept, but indigenous people have actually been drinking their mushrooms for thousands of years in the form of teas and soups. Even though it ain’t the simplest thing to get mushrooms from the forest to your cup, it’s not rocket science either.

Here’s how it's done:

  • A MUSHROOM
  • DUAL-EXTRACTION
  • SPRAY-DRYING
  • COMBINING THE RECIPE
  • QUALITY TESTS
  • TO OUR CUSTOMER

To break it down a bit further:

1. A MUSHROOM

First, we pick the mushroom fruiting bodies from wild forests or harvest them from our mushroom farms, where the growing conditions are as close to their natural habitats as possible.

2. DUAL-EXTRACTION

The mushrooms are carefully dried and properly extracted to include a full-spectrum of both hot-water and fat-soluble compounds. We use only the latest high-end extraction methods and guarantee the best bioavailability of all the most important properties of the mushrooms.

3. SPRAY-DRYING

This strong liquid extract goes to an evaporation tank, where most of the water is removed while the active components are being concentrated. Eventually the thick “mushroom tea” is driven into a huge spray-drier that uses pressurized hot air to remove all the last bits of liquid and moisture, resulting in pure, 100 percent mushroom extract powder. (No need to ship water around the world!)

4. COMBINING THE RECIPE

This extremely bitter and potent mushroom extract powder is then combined with other all-natural ingredients to make it taste great and even further enhance the effects. Finally, each batch goes through extensive in-house and third-party laboratory testing to further ensure the quality and safety of our products.
